This Grilled Tenderloin Crostini with Roasted Garlic Aioli Recipe by Cheeky BBQ is the perfect appetizer or side that will complement any main holiday dish. Packed with flavor, this dish is sure to be a fan favorite.
Ingredients:
2-7oz tenderloin steaks
1 French bread baguette
Kosher salt
Olive oil
Ingredients for the Roasted Garlic Aioli:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
4 garlic cloves, roasted
Kosher salt, to taste
2 tablespoon green onion, diced
Directions:
- Slice into a head of garlic and place into the middle of aluminum foil. Drizzle garlic with olive oil and cover tightly with foil. Place on a preheated Aspire grill over indirect heat for 30-40 minutes.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, olive oil, roasted garlic, salt. Stir to combine and refrigerate.
- Season tenderloin steaks with kosher salt. Slice baguette into 1/2” slices. Grill steaks on Aspire grill over direct heat until desired doneness. While steaks are resting, brush olive oil onto bread slices and toast on the grill.
- Place one slice of steak onto each bread slice, top with aioli, then finish with diced green onion.
