Many of our products, including our grills, are manufactured and assembled at our facility in Anaheim, California, USA. Some products, however, are developed in partnership with well established domestic OEM manufacturers, as well as international OEM manufacturers.

Aspire by Hestan does not offer a designer discount, but some of our distributors or dealers may offer these discounts through their own program.

Aspire by Hestan offers 6 signature colors/finishes and 3 Hestan Legacy colors/finishes for their products: Steeletto (Stainless Steel, no color), Reef (Pink), Orion (Dark Blue), Citra (Orange), Matador (Red), Stealth (Black), Bora Bora (Turquoise), Prince (Blue), and Sol (Yellow). Majority of our products are offered in these color options and will be specified on each product page.

We offer a Build Your Kitchen feature on our website that allows you to select the products, factory options, and accessories you’re interested in, and offers a printable quote that you can take to a dealer.

Both Hestan Outdoor and Aspire by Hestan offer high-quality and high-performance products for your dream outdoor space, but each line has their own list of products. A 1-year full warranty is available for Aspire by Hestan products. Some parts within the unit are covered for more than one year. Please refer to your manual for details.

The Aspire by Hestan grill is available in 30”, 36” and 42” units, built-in or on a cart, and with or without a rotisserie. You can find the list of options here.

Aspire offers a wide variety of accessories that can be used on the grill, including a grill cover, charcoal tray, griddle plate, smoker set, and even Hestan Outdoor’s DiamondCut™ grates.

Our high-performance 304 stainless steel tubular burners are at 23,000 Btu/hour each. The ceramic infrared sear burner is at 23,000 Btu/hour.

Our products are not available outside of the US and Canada at this time.

After allowing the grill to cool completely, turn the radiant tray upside-down and operate the grill on high for 30 minutes. The trays are “double sided” and can be left this way to burn off any encrusted food or grease. The trays can occasionally be scrubbed clean with mild soap & water and a plastic bristle brush. Allow them to cool completely, and never handle hot trays. Replace the briquette trays, ensuring that they sit level and do not rock. Light all of the burners and check for proper flame characteristics.

We use high-quality 304 stainless steel to build our Aspire grills.  The thickness of the steel can vary throughout the grill.  Specifically, the structural portions of the canopy hood is 16 gauge, while the firebox is 18 gauge and is fully welded. The rest of the grill can vary between 14 to 20 gauge.

We offer a 24” undercounter refrigerator as well as a 24” Aspire Drop-In Cooler.

We do not offer an Aspire power burner, but the Hestan Outdoor line has a 24” Outdoor Power Burner.
